I entered a review approx. 1 week ago about my dissatisfaction with the quality of service from G & L. Normally, I wouldn't write in about a response received, to my review, from the shipping company involved. Actually, I have never even shipped a vehicle before, but the response from G & L upset me.

I had stated that I was disappointed in the lack of customer service more than I was about the time it was taking to get here, but that doesn't mean that time wasn't an issue at all. Fred stated "MR PURCELL SAID HE WAS IN NO HURRRY, AND WE ACEPTED THE ORDER ON THOSE BASES". This is not true, I never relayed this to him. How many people need a vehicle shipped that aren't at least somewhat concerned about delivery time. I bet not many.

He also stated "I NEVER TOLD MR PURCELL THAT THIS TRANSPORT WAS A FREQUENT RUN, IN THE CONTRARY ANY LOADS IN AND OUT OF KENTUCKY WOULD BE TOUGH TO FIND A CARRIER". If this is true, then this means that no place on Interstate 65, which runs from Chicago down to the Gulf Coast, would be a frequent run.

I'm not a confrontational person, but I do not like it when things are said that just don't make sense.
