poor customer service

when I called after placing the order to ensure my needs will be met. Fred seemed to lack the care of customer service. he told me he was dealing with 12,000 cars and mine would be on his board unitl a carrier wanted to pick it. I feel a little more personalaztion would have been helpful. when I try and call I get an answer machine and then no call back, also tried to send an email and got a bounce back unable to deliver, so I called and left a mess to cancel . Hope he got it

CUSTOMER GAVE US THE ORDER ON 06-20 AND CALLED ON 06-21 WANTING TO KNOW WHEN WE PICKING UP HER CAR, I TRIED TO EXPLANE HOW THE SYSTEM WORKED AND SHE DINOT CARE ONLY WANTED HER CAR PICK UP THAT DAY. I DOTON KNOW WERE THE 12,000 CARS CAME FROM, AND SHE KEEP TRYING TO SEN E-MALES TO OUR WEB SITE. I CALL ON 06-23 TO TELL WE HAD LOCATED A CARRER AND TOLD HER OUR E-MAIL ADDRESS. WAS INSTRUCTED THE PICK UP ON 06-28 WAS UNACEPTIABLE,AND CANCELED THE ORDER.
