Fred is one of the better brokers (although they also are a carrier, I dealt with him as a broker). He's straight up and will help you along the way. I had signed up with 2 other brokers previously; the first was a scam company (carmovers USA) that tried to steal my deposit and the second (auto transport direct) left me waiting for my car to be shipped for 2 weeks with no result. Although, I was still waiting a while for my car to be shipped (by this time, I was in CA using a rental car), Fred came through and set me up with a good trucker. Granted, this was during the holiday season, so things take a little longer to get done. From my move, car shipping was the biggest headache. My recommendation would be to spend the extra money to get a reliable company (preferably a carrier).
