Fred was very helpful to me. I have booked another company to transport my car from Alabama to Montana. That's because we live in Alberta - Canada and wanted my car to be dropped off closer to the border. After 15 days they still haven't found a carrier for my car. I have contacted Fred, explain the situation and asked for help. He was very nice, knowleageble and honest. He give me a quote and as soon as my 15 days waiting time was up, I placed the order with G&L Enterprise. I've used Express Auto Transport. They took my money and for 15 days they did NOTHING for me. I have opend up a dispute with my back for my refund. Still nothing. NEVER USE IT!!!
So, back to G&L Entreprise.
This happened over the Holiday Season, so I wasn't expecting a call soon. A week later, Boxing Day, Fred called and told me that my car has been dispached. HORAY!!! The price was $150 over the quote but I was ok with that. The pick-up time was schedule for Dec 27,07 but the car was actualy picked up on Dec.28,07. I emailed Fred and ask him about that. He was very promt, talked to the driver and got back to me. Every time I've had a question, he got back to me with an answer. The carrier company was West Eagle ... I had a little problem with the driver (he was minutes away from the final destination and he didn't call the contact person in Montana, especialy that he was 3 days earlier than the delivery date) but everything was sorted out at the end.
Overall, the experience with Fred at G&L Entreprise was GREAT! I already reccomended him to others that might need a transport for their car. Thanks Fred!
