I had just bought a steal of a deal 1999 VW Beetle off of Ebay but didn't have the time to travel to Long Island to pick it up myself. After reading several reviews from this site and requesting about a dozen quotes to ship the bug the 1200 some odd miles to Central Arkansas, I happily decided upon G&L Enterprise. Their quote was within $50.00 of the cheapest quote I received and I'm so glad I chose them. They offered door to door service and didn't ask for a deposit until they had found a transporter committed to take the job. The dispatcher, Fred, was very friendly and found a transporter on the day the car was available to be picked up. The guys with Avalon transport picked up the vehicle the next day and had made the trek in two days instead of the anticipated three. No damage occurred to the car and the guys unloading the car were very careful in making sure the low clearance of the bumper and tailpipe did not scrap the pavement. Overall, very pleased. If I need something shipped again, I will not hesitate to call on these guys! Thanks!
