Sorry for the inconvenience Ryan Speegle, Our company policy states that when a truck driver has been assigned for pick up at a certain time and the car is not ready for pick up, we are not at fault because its the customers responsibility to have the car ready on the date that was said it would be ready, our driver was also on hold for 2 days waiting on your car. Which later couldn't be released due to title issues and that is not our fault, we complied with out agreement.
