The customer's review is by no means true and we have the dispatch sheet recorder by the DOT showing pick up and time stamped. The pick up of the vehicle was made on Thursday Night in Frisco, TX - The person In Frisco,TX is also a truck driver but for other freight services and said she needed the car picked up late Thursday or Friday Morning. Car was picked up that night to accommodate the schedule. Frisco,TX to Bakersfield,CA is approximately 1440 Miles in which takes anywhere from 3-5 days to deliver ( The Vehicle was delivered Tuesday ) on the 5th day and the truck driver had to wait until she got off work to deliver the car. Unfortunately the person filing this complaint would have liked to have her car delivered Monday by 5 pm because she wanted to return her rental after having it 1 month ( which is not my responsibility ) but it wasn't possible so she had to keep the rental another day and wanted me to pay for it. All my customers know I do not give guaranteed dates and all Brokers and Carriers we give a window whether its coast to coast 7-10 days or half way across the states 5-7 days or in this case 1500 miles at 3-5 days. I will definitely work hard to get the job done on time and I do not lie to people to earn my living nor do I curse people out. Unfortunately this case here is totally exaggerated and does not merit the 0 stars given and the false accusations. Also her wife the one in Frisco,TX (the truck driver) called me and the truck driver at 5 AM on Sunday yelling and screaming about her car. I mean I don't judge people but who does this ? Monday rolls around and the two ladies do a three way call and started yelling at me and kept me on the phone for about 15 minutes I could even get one word in. I truly apologize for the inconvenience they claim I have caused. I really regret taking this job, if I knew this was the outcome !!! By the way I Have an A Rating with the BBB, 5 Stars on Google Reviews and 5 Stars on Transport Reviews and other sites as well. I would probably have hundreds of positive reviews but most people don't write reviews unless they are compensated or only write reviews when something doesn't go the way they would have liked .
