I chose GT Auto without a recommendation and without reading any referrals. It turned out to be one of the most seemless and professional businees transactions I have ever conducted. Amy, the Customer Service Representative could not have been more helpful. The transport driver could not have been more professional and courteous. My reason for shipping was the death of a family member who had driven the vehicle on vacation. The GT Auto staff made the safe return of the vehicle a non-event at a time when our family was challenged with funeral arrangements, etc. The vehicle was in excellent condition when it arrived.

We so appreciated the communication and follow-up by GT Auto before, during, and after the delivery of our vehicle to confirm schedules, track progress, answer questions, and check to see if our needs had been met.

As a result of this experience, GT Auto will be first on my list whenever the need to ship a vehicle arises again.
