Even though 7-9 days, became 10-11, then 13-14, I received my new Caddy CTS safely and undamaged. As the driver said, "Times are tough right now to put together a profitable load" which I understood caused the first delay. I believe the later delays were the result of bad roads and a mechanical problem. Overall, my needs were met by a group of hard working Americans trying to get through these hard economic times, especially in the auto industry. This driver/owner/operator even helped me get both my cars back to my home upon delivery. Would I call Amy again for my next move? . . Absolutely.
