This is the second time in two years that I have used GT. They organized my car move in 2007 from Colorado to New York and in 2008 they returned my car home to Colorado. Both times I had no objections- this time Amy managed to secure a second shipper on very little notice simly b/c the assigned driver was unable to accommodate evening pickups (although that had been previously noted on the record). Most importantly, no damage either time. I wholeheartedly recommend GT.
