My experience with Amy through the entire transport of my new Pontiac Solstice from Michigan to Texas was much more than I expected. I received 8 quotes from various other transport services. Amy was the ONLY person who contacted me in person. She called within 2 days of sending me her quote electronically. I truly appreciated that element of customer service. Through talking with Amy I was able to ask all the questions necessary rather than have to email back and forth. Amy was able to set the date and time for the pickup in Michigan according to my schedule. We live in Texas so I was traveling to Michigan and we organized the time accordingly. The transport driver, Patrick, contacted me while I was flying in from Texas to Michigan. He said he could pick up the car early if it worked for me. Everything about Patrick was equally as professional and considerate. The price of this total move was very very well worth every penny I paid for the extra attention that both Amy and Patrick took in getting my vehicle from Michigan to Texas. I will be definitely using Amy again as I move a truck from Texas to Michigan. I only hope I can be fortunate enough to have Patrick as the transport driver again! I would more than highly recommend this company to anyone thinking about auto transport. By the way, this was not the first experience I have had with transporting vehicles from one state to the next - but this is the only company I will use from now on.
