Just like most of you this was my first time shipping a vehicle... and I had it shipped very far. I did my research call several different companies before I settle on GT Auto. Amy was very nice and helpful but through out my relationship with her I felt that she could have been a little more forth coming with information. There were times that I did most of the talking to get information out of her. Once again she was nice and helpful to my needs. Once the pick up was delayed about a week or two I had to call her to see what was going on... the pick up was delayed even further and she offered to have the driver come closer to the starting point of the car. Originally the meeting point was a 70 mile difference. Well it ended up that no driver would come that 70 mile difference and the car had to be taken to a further location. But after all the back and forths the pick up was delayed by about a month and a half. However, I recieved my vehicle with a 2 day delay but in good condition. Once I had recieved my vehicle I had called Amy to thank her for all her help, know that this over delayed shipment was stressful on her as well, and let her know that I had recieved the vehicle. I asked for a discount for all the delays... but she was not to compromising to me. My only advice is if you live in a moutianous area or a place that gets alot of snow or weather or not next to a large interstate do not go with a broker when shipping a vehicle. Good Luck to you all!
