Amy was a miracle worker in finding us a transport for our 1986 VW camper van. We had been told by another company to call around Dec 1 but when we did the original price quote was now much higher, the van could not fit on a transporter (wrong), etc. Two other companies "could not help us." I started my search all over again and found Amy's company. She was not only reassuring but explained the process of brokering and listing the vehicle to find a transport. Since I had never transported a vehicle before, this was very helpful. And since we were driving our car, we needed to be at each end of the trip as well.

Within ONE day Amy called back to say she had someone from our own state, which was reassuring as we knew that driving in snow was a distinct possibility. D and N Services called a day early which let us miss a severe storm, delivered a day early, easily waiting for us to complete our drive to meet him. We noticed that the tow bar (which we never use) was bent down but could not figure out how it happened since all the hardware seemed undamaged. Our transporter could not figure it out either but offered to remove it and dispose of it, which he did. We felt absolutely no pressure from either Amy or the transporter, despite his having to wait for us to complete our drive to meet him. This was a great experience and if we ship the van back this spring, we will do the same thing.
