After speaking with Amy a few times I decided to use GT Auto to transport a truck from IN to AZ. My dates were flexible and Amy seemed very knowledgeable and willing to walk me through the process with ease. I have never transported a vehicle before and didn't realize how many companies out there bombard you with false promises. Amy advised me that she required a $100 deposit to place my order, however I was not comfortable with giving them any money until I had at least a date of pickup. She then advised me that she would place the order and not make me pay the $100 until she had a pickup date for me. A few weeks have gone by now and I can't even get a return call or email from her. Being left in the dark is not a comfortable feeling and is not a good business practice. The last I heard from Amy was when I emailed her and asked her the status of the pickup, she said she would be in the office shortly and get back to me. That was 2 weeks ago. I have sent many emails after that one and still nothing. It would have been nice to at least hear, we are working on it still or we are unable to get this truck moved for you, so at least could know to find another company to help me out. Going into this process, GT Auto was all over it and returned calls very rapidly. Once the order was placed, they fell off the map. Order # 83927-TS. I even contacted them asking them to cancel my order and haven't even gotten a response from that.

Jenn was not even a customer of ours. She asked us to look into getting her vehicle moved for her and we did exactly that. There were no carriers in that area going to Arizona at the time. Therefore, we did not charge her deposit, nor did we lead her to believe that a carrier had been retained or assigned to pick up her vehicle.
