Shipping was delayed for 2 weeks.

No one pick up the calls whenever we call.

Delayed responses on e-mail and calls.

asked for higher price after contract is signed.

Bad attitude and bad customer service. Horrible.

I chose this company because of the good reviews here. Now after my own experience, i start suspecting the credibility of the reviews here.

The customer originally assigned September 2nd as the available for pick up date. We arranged a carrier to pick up her vehicle on September 2nd. She called us 2 days before the carrier was going to pick up the vehicle and pushed back the available for pick up date by a week to September 9th. The carrier was unable to wait until that date, so we began searching for a replacement carrier. Our policy is to charge a $100 reposting fee in this type of situation. However, because we always strive to assist our customers and make things affordable for them, we waived the reposting fee for her and continued searching for a new carrier, free of charge. We assigned a new carrier to pick up the vehicle on September 12th, and she called us back a second time and pushed back the available for pick up date to September 20th. We, once again, waived the $100 reposting fee and began looking for a third carrier for her. Throughout this whole process, we lowered our deposit several times to find 3 carriers for her and she cancelled her order before we were able to assign a 3rd carrier on September 27th. She gave us a one week period to find a third carrier for her, and states that her order was delayed by 2 weeks, which is false. Our professional opinion in this matter is that carriers repeatedly saw her vehicle being posted on the load board and removed from the board so many times that the 3rd time around carriers did not want to utilize their time or their spot on their truck for a customer that wasn’t even sure what date her vehicle would be ready to move. This is what caused her vehicle not to move and was completely out of GT Auto Transport’s control. It was solely at the customer’s discretion and could have all been avoided if she has given us a solid date to pick up her vehicle. She is, out of retaliation, making false statements about poor attitudes, bad customer service, and delayed responses to her communications. GT Auto Transport has been in business for 6 years, and we have maintained a 5-Star rating on Transport Reviews consecutively. We always go above and beyond to satisfy our customers and make auto transportation affordable for them. Our other customer’s reviews and high rated history speaks for itself.
