Future Car Transport LLC (also uses the name Rainbow Car Transport) damaged my car severely in transport and admitted to it and sent me a video on my phone of the damage before I received the car. Then they refused to fill out the insurance paperwork to repair my car and refused to respond to their own insurance agent. After months of trying to get it resolved my own insurance had to repair my car and it is now worth a lot less due to being in a serious accident while Future Car was moving it. Progressive is their insurance carrier and also didn't care that Future Car had smashed up my car and tried to avoid the claim at all costs.
These are very dishonest people (owner is Sebastien and assistant Renata). They will probably change their name soon again to avoid the bad reputation. Avoid them at all costs! Also e-Ship uses them when e-Ship brokers a deal with them to move your cars! Don't let anyone you select to use Future Car or Rainbow Car Transport to move your cars!
