The phone numbers on their site are disconnected, and the website cannot actually track a vehicle or shipment. I finally got my broker to track down a working phone number for these people. From then on, I was dealing with people who had no idea where or when my car would arrive, and they just kept lying to get me off the phone. They lied over and over and over changing the day and the time of delivery. They kept promising to call me back, and never would. Then when I'd reach the woman, she would pretend not to speak English anymore, and say things like "I promise, promise, promise it'll be there tomorrow. I promise. Before noon." So I would stay home from work and wait for a car that never showed. For over a week she kept saying "this time, I promise! Tomorrow! Please understand, the truck broke down, there was a storm, and then another storm!" Then they would refuse to answer calls. When the delivery driver actually showed up, even he admitted that all the excuses those people gave were lies. I took 3 days off of work waiting for a car that never showed. My fiance took 3 days off as well for the days I couldn't be here. I buy and ship classic cars all over the USA, and I have NEVER had a bad experience until these people. The broker I use says they will never use them again either. I've never spoken to a bigger bunch of liars, frauds, and incompetent people that I'm forced to trust because they have a very expensive vehicle of mine. I hope nobody else has the bad luck of dealing with these people. The two people I had to speak to that pretend not to speak English also were lying and pretending to be the actual drivers, even though they never actually drove a truck. I was convinced that the car was never coming and that they lost it or stole it. I was extremely worried and angry the entire time.
