I recently relocated to Virginia from Arizona. I did not want to drive my car so I decided to have it transported. They were very reliable and prompt. Jim was great to work with and I changed my dates to have the car picked up without any hassle. One complaint I have was that the driver of the truck George was asking me where we could meet to load and unload my car. I did not know what type of truck he was driving so it was hard to think of a place as well as have an exit number to the exit. If I had known this was an expectation I would have had more time to find a place. We agreed on a location at both the pick up and drop off area without too much of an inconvenience. Another issue was that I was told that the car could be packed with personal items up to 125 pounds in the trunk and on the floor of the back seat but no were else. When I met George he stated that it was supposed to be 100 pounds as well as no personal items. Well what else would you place in your car??? Other than that those two issues the car arrived on time and was not dirty to the rain. Even with those two issues I would use them again and recommend them to others needing to transport cars.
