James was scheduled with the first day available for pickup as the 11th/12th, allowing us 5 days to pickup the vehicle from those dates, the customer cancelled his order on Mon the 15th, viewing that he had this double booked with another shipper on Central Dispatch. He was never abandoned and we answered his calls when he called, unfortunately he didn't answer when we called him back to the number he gave us. This is regretful that he felt that he was not taken care of, but as explained to all our customers to please have patience when waiting for your truck diver to contact you, this year has had a lot of weather issues that have caused many delays.
