I was kept in the loop on what was happening. First driver / dispatch had to be redirected because the truck developed a bad clutch. Once the vehicle was loaded, it came across the country very quickly (probably a team of two drivers). The car was a bit dirty when it arrived, but I expected that. The inside of door was dirty - the driver should have been more careful of that. But overall, everything went well.
