Late Mystery Charge

I would like to add my 1 star review to the mix of other 1 star reviews. As the others have said, freightquote will charge you after the freight is already complete. In my case, they charged me a second time separate from the original quote almost 2 weeks after the freight was delivered. This second mystery charge had no invoice or explanation sent to me in any way. I was left calling and trying to figure it out and dispute it. The dispute process is currently ongoing. Do not use freightquote unless you are willing to expose your credit card information to scam mystery charges. You should also be willing to check your credit card charges daily for an unknown amount of time afterwards to make sure you're not spending money and not realizing it. Oh and freightquote, if you're reading this. I would be glad to amend this review if the mystery charges without an invoice is cancelled because it was a good experience up until this point.
