My car was delivered to the wrong city and the company refused to compensate me for the cost of renting a car to go get my car. Very rude and did not even apologize. The company is good if nothing happens but if anything goes wrong, they will leave you hanging. Would not trust them.

this vehicle was picked up and delivered as instructed by the customer and as promised by our company. We are not responsible for a customer's failure to sufficiently notify the company of a change in plans after fully scheduling out the entire trip, nor are we responsible for the $100+ cost of rental vehicles incurred by the customer due to their own mistakes.
