Put my request on the internet at about 10am. for transportation of my mom's car ,while on the web got a call form someone at Freedom Auto Transport he explained the process to me (I had never done this before). I gave him the necessary information and about 2hrs. later I received a call from their dispatch department stating that they located a driver that could pick up the vehicle later on that day. I got a call from the driver that would be picking up the vehicle at 1:30 pm, I gave him the address where the vehicle was , he said he would pick up vehicle @ 4:30pm. He arrived exactly at 4:30pm picked up the vehicle and said it would be delivered either later the next evening or early the following morning.My mom called the next day stating that the driver called her stating that he would be delivering the car at around 8:00pm.I received a call from my mom that night @8:30pm very excited that her car had arrived without any problems and again the driver delivered ON TIME @ 8:00pm. I was impressed with the entire service from the time of request to the time of delivery, so much so that I had to call the company myself
