Best shipping experience ever!!! I had to suddenly move last week from Denver, CO to Pennsylvania and only had 1 day to make plans. I called a bunch of companies and no one was helpful, until I called freedom. I talked to Jon Epstein and he explained the whole process to me, by far the most helpful customer service I've ever had, because I have never shipped my car before and it is a complicated process especially if you don't have much notice. He managed to keep everything in my price range and had the driver come the very next morning to my house to pick my car up. The car was delivered exactly when the driver said it was going to be there, no scratches or damage, and the same price we agreed on. The whole process was great, I will definitely use this company every time I move!!!!!!
