picked up on time despite being during a snow storm. Cheerful the whole time, despite inclement weather. A real "can-do attitude". Very careful with the cars to make sure they were not damaged. All the equipment was in good working order and serviceable. Was willing to standby an entire day to meet our delayed unloading schedule. Stayed in contact the whole way so we always knew where the cars were and if there were any potential problems.
