I am very happy with the service provided by Franks Automobile Shipping and Transport. This is the second time in the last six months that I have transported a car to my new home. The first time was a very bad experience. I started with one company, waited and waited and they couldn't get my car transported. I went ahead with a different company, took a few weeks before they could find a transport company and also I need to pay more than the original quote to get my car transported. Base of that experience I was not expecting too much when I contacted Franks. My experience with Franks was nothing like the first one. From the time I got my first quote to the time the car was picked up, it was within a week, and I got my car all in good shape a week after it was picked up. The delivery driver was very nice, too. He dropped off my car at my neighborhood, while with the other delivery, I had to drive to a convenient location for the driver so that I could pick up my car.
