I waited until last minute to find a transport company as the whole process seemed confusing and I was not feeling well at the time. Ended up calling Franks Transport as they had so much info on the site and a call was answered fast and all my stupid questions were answered. I called many others and I have yet to get a call back two weeks after the fact. I was desperate at the time but the price was median price to other quotes. They were quite thorough in their booking process and while the pick-up date was vague due to me being so late in ordering the transport. they seemed to jump on it. The actual driver was wonderful- called before pick-up and warned of a snow storm affecting his schedule and on the back end for delivery was very good about calling and giving all the details of where he was the day before and just when he expected to arrive. JUST PERFECT. I would use this company again in heartbeat because they were super PROFESSIONAL about it!
