Frank's was very good. They were so quick, they actually wanted to pick the Grand Prix up before it was even ready to go. Car was clean when delivered (it was on the top row of the trailer). Except for the rear brake lines, the car was in great condition! It took the driver and my husband over an hour to get it off the trailer because of no brakes and it was already inoperable when it went on the trailer. :D
