Frank's Auto Transport is number one in customer service, efficiency, and professionalism. I moved from Seattle, WA to Pennsylvania to help out family members. It was a very stressful decision to ship my van especially after filling out one online quote and having brokers call me every couple of minutes to try to get my service. After dealing with a broker who took my money, then the promised driver failed to show not once, not twice, but three times, I decided I didn't want to deal with any more brokers.
A google search helped me to find Franks Auto Transport. After reviewing his website, I immediately called the 800 number and left a detailed message. Frank returned my call within hours, answered all of my questions, and gave me a direct, no hidden fees quote. He said he would have a driver for me within five business days.
Frank called me on Thursday, a day earlier than I expected, to let me know his driver was en route to my van. The driver, Adrian, called a few minutes later to say he was one hour away from my van. Most excellent service from both of them. The proposed delivery date was for today, May 25, but Adrian got it here on Monday night!! I am very impressed by the service Frank provided.
