From price quote to final delivery of the auto, the customeer service was very good. All questions were answered and all replies were prompt. Even with the terrible weather during the transport time, the driver was in communication to advise of estimated delivery dates. Snow was just in front of the driver the entire trip and yet the car was delivered in a time frame according to the original estimate. Driver was curtious, knowledgable and always stayed in contact. I would highly recommend Franks Automobile Shipping and Transport. The contact at Franks was Perry Meija and he did an excellent job.
