Frank's was very prompt in responding to my initial inquiry. They were also very responsive once I placed my order, calling me to let me know who would be handling the transport and when they would pick up the vehicle. They promised me to have the vehicle delivered to me the next day after pickup, but the vehicle was actually delivered the same night it was picked up. The driver contacted me several times to let me know he was going to deliver that evening and let me know how far away he was so I'd know when to expect him. The vehicle transport was done with perfection. I'd have no hesitation in contracting with Frank's to transport another vehicle for me.
