Having never shipped a vehicle before, and not knowing what shipping company to use, I finally decided on Frank's Transport based on positive reviews from a couple of different sources. I called for a quote, which was reasonable compared with some of my other ones. During the whole process there was only one slight problem with the driver's cell phone not being able to call directly to Canada where I am located, but the people at Frank's sorted that out promptly. I found that overall there was excellant communication between the shipping company and myself, from direct phone calls to e-mails to post-delivery followup. This kind of service helps to make the shipping a lot less painful.
