The service was great. Since this was our first time, we were skeptical and by times reluctant, but the service was great : all went well using phone calls and emails, questions were answered in a timely fashion. The driver called a day or two ahead with a date (which was earlier than anticipated) and made an effort to pick up and deliver the car nearest to the listed locations. We appreciated that. My son is glad to have his car where he is. We would use Frank's service again ! Thank you !
