I was very pleasantly surprised by the service. Everyone at both Franks and the shipper were extremely nice and helpful. When I called the shipper to discuss the delivery date no picked up the phone and I decided not to leave a message, just to call back in a few minutes. However, in less than a minute the shipper called me back and was very pleasant. The driver was very nice and the car arrived in excellent condition. I recommend Franks.
