Franks communicated very well, and let me know what was happening with my shipment. Since this was my first time shipping a car across country I was very happy with Franks for explaining the process and being honest about what to expect during the shipment. My car arrived on time, and was well taken care of. The driver was nice, professional and and the offloading and paperwork was done very quickly. I would highly recommend Franks and plan on using them again if I ever ship another car.
