After confirming the service, I was very surprised to receive a next day pick up opportunity; but car wasn't ready, so we schedule the pick up for three days later, but still quicker than expected! Service was smooth, I´ve talked every night to the driver until he arrived to Miami with proper and friendly attention, as well as clear information. Definitely will contact Frank's company again.
