Jim- the delivery driver went completely out of his way to pick me up from work-get ourselves and my new car to my residence- give me advice on the car, it's condition and how i would best take care of it and get me back to work all in 15 minutes- very little paperwork or confusing fees etc. there is no way I will trust the transportation of of any vehicle in the future unless it's with Frank's- and if Jim is available I would pay extra just to know that my property is being taken care of by knowledgeable, honest and friendly people. thanks again- Paul
