I chose Franks because they are not primarily a broker. That being said, the reviews for the clients that were brokered were still favorable. They provided me prompt, profesional service and they communicated clearly with me throughout the process. The first company contracted could not fit my vehicle in the truck. Franks promptly found a secondary transporter, who still picked up the truck on the same day that the first was contracted! It was wonderful.
My truck arrived quickly and clean.
I would definately recomend this transporter.
