This was the first time I had shipped a vehicle, the support and guidance provided by Frank was very helpful. As I needed to drive about 5 hours to meet the truck, he suggested a location where the vehicle could be dropped off, so that any issues with meeting the truck could be eliminated. This worked out well, as I had issues related to my export documentation so was not able to meet the truck. Vehicle was in great condition when I picked it up 5 days later. Would definitely use Frank's again.
