Excellent overall. Car arrived in great condition. On delivery, driver unloaded vehicle and had it ready for us.
The only issue was with overall timing of pickup and delivery. Pickup was a day later than estimated, and delivery one day late. On delivery, rather than being notified the day before (in order to plan for delivery) we were contacted by the driver when he was just 30 mins away from drop off. But, heck, this is an inexact science and as a customer you have to allow for timing flexibility in both pickup and drop off.
Overall, we could not have asked for better service. Thoroughly recommend, and would use again.
