I had a good experience working with Frank's. The owner was very involved in the process, which made me feel better. It was also a relief to have constant email communication and updates, as well as the driver info so that I was never left in the dark. This was my first time ever moving a car somewhere and I would recommend Frank's to anyone in my area. I had my car picked up at my work office and the driver helped me figure out how we could get the car loaded even though it wasn't running. I had told Frank's the condition of the car but the driver wasn't aware or there was some confusion. Instead of getting frustrated, he figured out a way to get it done in 10 minutes time. It arrived in Portland with no problems and the car was in the same condition it shipped in. Payment wise, it would be nice if they could collect all at once via check or card, but it worked out.
