I shopped online for a transport company to ship my Toyota Matrix from Miami, Florida to Colorado Springs, Colorado. I came across Frank's Transport and called their customer service number spoke to Perry Mejia and was informed of the different ways I could transport as well as the prices. Immediately following our conversation I recevied an email confirming the phone quote and all relevant facts for me to go over regarding the transportaion of my vehicle. Once I placed my order I was contacted by the driver whom would be transporting my vehicle and confirmed the time and place of pickup as well as delivery time and date. The vehicle arrived in Colorado safely and on time. Excellent customer Service and follow thru! Defintely a company I would use and refer.
