i had no idea how to go about shipping my leased mini from la to nyc and read many reviews before chosing franks based on all the positive reviews. although there was not too much involvement from the broker, he did answer my initial emails prompty and then everything went so smoothly there was no reason to have to contact him again. the car arrived dirty as expected, but everything else was fine. i would definitely recommend them and would use them again in the future.
