I wish I could say I loved this company because their salesmen are so nice, but if you’re a transport company and you never transport the contracted vehicle you’ve done a poor job. I signed a contract a month before I needed the vehicle transported and was told that they always delivered because they had their own drivers. When I called two weeks and then two days before the scheduled transport I was told the same thing. And then nothing happened. At first I was told stories about supervisors’ car accidents and ill wives, but by ten days after the scheduled transport date they’d dropped all pretensions: they don’t have contracted drivers and they don’t transport well. Today is Day 20 since the vehicle was supposed to be transported and still no movement. I’m still getting to talk to a nice salesman but have no vehicle and am still renting a car and waiting. If you need a car or truck transported, and not just nice conversation, this is not the company to choose.
