Frustrating Experience!

Fox Auto Transport was fast to place my order and get a truck out to pick up my car. They were also inexpensive compared to other companies I researched so I was happy to go with them.

Unfortunately, they chose to ship my car through an unreliable company called Speed Auto (Also called Enridan Auto) that took over three weeks to deliver my car from Arizona to Florida. Not only did the shipment take an extremely long time, but for over a week, neither myself or fox auto could get a hold of the driver of the vehicle. Plus, the driver's voicemail as well as Speed Auto's voicemail was completely full and you could not leave them a message.
Fox Auto was unable to give me the information of the whereabouts of my vehicle and this concerned me. I had thought my car had been stolen and began calling police and my insurance. Only because of my continued efforts to contact the driver was I finally able to locate my car. Fox Auto was never able to give me information and still after two more weeks of shady phone calls with speed auto and empty promises of delivering my car, Fox auto has still not called to make sure my car was shipped.
Though they were very nice on the phone, they were completely useless and I basically paid them money to set me up with a company that caused me nothing but stress during an already stressful move across country!
