After wasting a week and a couple hundred dollars with another broker, I decided to switch to Fox Auto Transport. I placed an order with them on a Friday morning for a car purchased at an auction. Thanks to the other broker, storage fees were accumulating daily. Within 3 minutes of placing the order, I received a call from Fox explaining the details of the process and outlining everything involved. I received another call around 6pm the same day from Chris stating he was in the process of securing a carrier for my shipment. About an hour later I received an email with all of the details of the carrier, along with contact information and a schedule. These guys worked after hours on a Friday to help me with getting my shipment going. Car was picked up and delivered on time without incident. Will definitely be using Fox in the future.
