Chris made it all very easy - he told me when to call back when I called a couple of months in advance. I called on the day he suggested and he arranged for transport within a few hours with a pick up the next day by an LA based transporter that could hold and deliver the car on the day it was needed. it was a good experience and I know who to call if the service is needed again.
