Why so hard?

Contacted a few companies to quote on transporting a car. Asked a number of questions of each broker to find out if they had drivers available in area etc. I dont know why but I had to ask 3 times how much the deposit would be and he wouldn't answer. This is the last email I got: "I'll make it simple for you, just pick a broker, doesn't matter which one it is, have them post it to the board and go from there"
So make of that what you will. I don't know what the company is like but I'll pass on our next transport based on the attitude.
