I listed on Uship at first but going to their website directly was pass expensive and I've shipped lots of cars before without problems.
I scheduled and I didn't realize they subcontract to a smaller carrier who I have no idea who they are and I didn't know.
Next thing I know I get my brand new truck delivered at midnight in the rain so it looks ok. After having daylight and cleaning the truck from transport it's got scratches from tree branches down both sides and the top with an estimate of $1600 to fix. So far it's been a week since I submitted the claim and they tell me that I have to deal with the company that transported it not them. Will not use this service ever again mainly due to the lack of knowledge that they subcontract to unknown/disreputable companies.

Jeff, We are disappointed in your experience with USHIP as well. For this reason, we no longer subscribe to USHIP for marketing our name. You will no longer find our name on the USHIP platform. We found that USHIP uses carriers with no license, no insurance, no customer service, and no ethics. Forever West Transport will no longer be associated with any "discount" marketing platform in order to preserve our commitment to excellence and safety.
