This customer never called us as directed to report any dents or anything else or the problem would have been handled, they can still call as long as they marked the dents at the time of delivery and that they were not there at the beginning.
Again when these people call and want the car picked up within 1-3 days there is an extra charge which is fully disclosed in paragraph#1 of the contract. The customer just does not want to read the contract and ask questions if they do not understand something, they would just like to have the move done for nil.
